Carers
A carer is someone who spends a significant proportion of their life providing unpaid support to family or potentially friends.
This could be caring for a relative, partner or friend who is ill, frail, disabled or has a mental health or substance misuse problem.
We offer annual health checks to all our carers. We also hold monthly Carers Cafes, across both sites which we fondly invite all carers to attend if they wish too. This is a chance to meet other carers for an informal chat, over a coffee and a slice of cake.
If you would like to register as a carer please speak to a member of our reception team.
You can also visit Carers in Herts here, who are a local charity who help support Carers and offer free advice and support online and over the telephone.
